  • Matsusaka Beef Roast Beef The rare cut of Matsusaka beef, "togarashi," has been slowly cooked at low temperature. The chef's special sauce enhances its deliciousness.

  • Sushi We offer a variety of six types of sushi daily, featuring Mie Prefecture's sea bream, sea bass, Spanish mackerel, and spring bonito as the main ingredients. The skilled artisans' quick sushi-making performance right in front of you is also a highlight.

In addition to this menu, we have a variety of dishes that make abundant use of spring ingredients.

Access to THE DINING is via the lower "PDF route only".
After checking in at the entrance, we will give you a pass, so please proceed to the restaurant along the designated route.

For Those Coming by Car

Parking tickets are required for parking from April 4 (Fri) to April 6 (Sun).
Please be sure to check the operating hours as they vary depending on the advance parking lot.
There is no dedicated parking for the restaurant.

Advance credit card payment only. Once the capacity is reached, we will close the reservation.
