【Reservation Information】
◎Sales Date: Starting from 2:00 PM on October 12, 2024 (Sat)
*For the period from April 4 (Fri) to April 6 (Sun), a separate viewing ticket for the "2025 FIA F1 World Championship Series Japanese Grand Prix Race" is required for entry to SUZUKA CIRCUIT PARK and race viewing.

  • ◎Sales Target: Accommodations from March 31, 2025 (Mon) to April 6, 2025 (Sun)
  • ◎Booking method: Only accepted through the internet on a first-come, first-served basis (all sites)
    ※Internet sales are only available for credit card payment (prepayment).
    If the internet sales do not sell out, we will also accept orders by phone starting March 1, 2025 (Sat).
    ※You can apply for up to 2 sites per person per reception.
    ※Regarding the acceptance of waitlist cancellations, we will only accept applications from the internet application form starting on February 21, 2025 (Fri) at 10:00.

[Information about use]

  • ◎The number of parking spaces for the campsite is limited to one vehicle per reservation. (For motorcycles, up to two vehicles are allowed.)
    If you are arriving with more than two vehicles, please purchase additional advance parking tickets for the second vehicle and beyond.
    * There will be no sales on the day.
  • ◎During your stay at the Family Camp, you can use the natural hot springs "THE SPA".
    ※Available times during F1 week are as follows.
    　March 31 (Mon), April 1 (Tue) ... 14:30 - 22:00 (Last admission 21:30)
    April 2 (Wed) - 6 (Sun) ... 17:00 - 22:00 (Last admission 21:30)
    * We will lend you one admission key for "THE SPA" per site.
    * Amenities such as bath towels, face towels, shampoo, and body soap are provided and available for free.
  • ◎There are no charging spaces or power sources for shared mobile devices. Please reserve a site with power or prepare a mobile battery.
    Please refrain from using the power outlets in shared spaces such as the cooking area and restrooms.

◇The 3-night, 4-day rate includes a bathing tax. (450 yen per adult for 3 nights only)

Information Regarding the Use of the F1 Camp

During the period from April 4 (Fri) to April 6 (Sun), a separate ticket for the "2025 FIA F1 World Championship Series Japanese Grand Prix Race" is required for entry to SUZUKA CIRCUIT PARK and for watching the race.

  • ※Accommodation fees are required from 3 years old and above.
  • ※Reservations are required. Please note that there will be no sales on the day, so thank you for your understanding.
  • ※For customers who have made reservations, we will send you a guidebook and parking pass around mid-March. Please be sure to enter your means of transportation and number of cars when making a reservation.
  • ※Once the sales quota has been reached, we will accept reservations on a waiting list basis, but once a certain number has been reached, we will close the reservations.
  • ※Please note that the location of each site will be designated on the day of the event in order of reception. Pre-designation is not possible, so thank you for your understanding.
  • * For each site reservation, one car can be parked in the designated parking space within the campsite. Vehicles exceeding the limit cannot be parked within the campsite, so thank you for your understanding.
    Please purchase a separate advance parking ticket. Additionally, for 2 wheels, you can park up to 2 vehicles per site. Only sites with power and water can accommodate up to 2 cars.

  • ※Please note that depending on the size of your vehicle, you may not be able to park in the designated parking spaces. If you plan to visit with a large vehicle such as a camper (self-propelled or towed), please consult with us when making a reservation.
  • ※Customers who make reservations online will have their reservations completed at the time of online payment.
  • ※If you make a reservation by phone, the reservation will be completed when the usage fee is transferred.
  • ※Sales schedule and sales methods may change depending on future social conditions and weather.
  • ※Please note that during the F1 event, access to the adjacent hotel area is not permitted. Thank you for your understanding.
  • ※After making a reservation for the campsite, please note that we are unable to cancel or refund separately purchased advance parking tickets, so thank you for your understanding.
