About Tickets

■Important Notes Before Purchase

• ・Please be aware that purchasing tickets from sources other than the official outlets (MobilityStation and agents commissioned by Honda Mobilityland Corporation) may expose you to crimes or troubles.
  Tickets purchased or obtained from sources other than the official ticket office may be invalidated without notice based on the terms of use, and entry may be refused on the day of the event.
• ・Suzuka Circuit FORMULA 1 JAPANESE GRAND PRIX Official Website (this site) ticket prices listed are the official online shop MobilityStation sales prices.
• ・Orders cannot be canceled after application due to customer circumstances. Also, please understand that cancellations and refunds for purchased tickets are not accepted under any circumstances.
• ・Please check the Terms of Use for the 2027 FIA Formula 1 World Championship Series Lenovo Japanese Grand Prix Race before purchasing. Also, if you use MobilityStation, please review the MobilityStation Terms of Use as well.
• ・Ticket availability may fluctuate due to upgrades or changes. Please check MobilityStation for the latest stock status, including resale listings.
• ・Various outlet seats may have limited or obstructed views of the course due to fences, pillars, structures, operational vehicles, broadcasting equipment, etc. These seats are sold as outlet seats considering such viewing conditions.
  Please check the "View from the Seat" on each seat type page in advance, and purchase after understanding the content.
• ・Some spectator seats are in temporary stands. Please check the enlarged map of each spectator seat.

■Receipt Issuance Method

• ・Regarding receipt issuance on MobilityStation, receipts can only be issued on the purchase details screen accessible from the "i" mark at the top right of My Ticket on MobilityStation when paying by credit card. If you require an invoice-compatible receipt, please use credit card payment.
  ※For prevention of duplicate issuance of receipts, we cannot issue receipts outside of the purchase details screen of My Ticket.
  ※If you choose to pay at a Seven-Eleven store, you will not be able to receive any receipt other than the "Ticket Payment Receipt" issued at the store.
  However, the purchase details screen, which can be displayed by clicking the "i" mark at the top right of My Ticket, includes supplementary information for the items listed on the qualified simplified invoice. Therefore, the "Ticket Payment Receipt" and the "PDF of the Purchase Details Screen" can be treated as fulfilling the requirements of a qualified invoice.
  ※Receipts and purchase detail screens are issued per order. They cannot be split or combined.

■MobilityStation Purchase Restrictions

• ・Spectator Tickets: Up to 10 tickets per transaction, and a maximum of 30 tickets per race can be held
  ※Formula 1 Paddock Club™, VIP Suite Premium, Ferris Wheel Lounge: Up to 5 tickets per transaction ※S-BOX and R-BOX: Up to 2 sections per transaction ※Wheelchair tickets: 2 tickets; companions: up to 4 for R, and up to 2 each for V2, V1, B1
• ・Parking Ticket: Up to 1 ticket per transaction, and a maximum of 2 tickets per race can be held (multiple purchases for the same parking lot are not allowed)
• ・Simultaneous Purchase Parking Ticket: Can be purchased up to the number of spectator tickets bought (For group seats, up to 1 ticket per section, and a maximum of 2 tickets per race including other parking tickets can be held)

■Age Classification

• ・Adult (24 years and older)
• ・U23 (High school student ~ 23 years old)
• ・Child: Elementary and junior high school students
• ・Infant: 3 years old to preschool children
• * Please purchase tickets based on your age as of April 11 (Sun), the final day of the FORMULA 1 JAPANESE GRAND PRIX.
• ・You may be asked to present proof of age upon entry.

  * From April 5 (Mon) to 7 (Wed), entry to the areas around the racing course except GP Square and the Grandstand is not permitted.

■How to Display Electronic Tickets on MobilityStation

• ・When logged into MobilityStation, tap My Tickets → "Spectator Ticket" from the MENU at the top left to display your purchased spectator tickets.
  On the day of the event, please tap "Today's Ticket".
  Precautions for each ticket can be confirmed by tapping the "!" in the seat type column of the ticket.

Ticket Changes (Applicable to Purchases Made on MobilityStation)

■Age Category Change

For electronic tickets purchased through general sales, age category changes are only possible to adult category, excluding some seats, and only if the ticket is unused and within the validity period. A difference in fare settlement is required when making changes.
From 0:00 on April 9 (Fri), the ticket price will switch to the same-day rate. Please note that if you make changes, the difference will be calculated based on the same-day rates. (The same-day rates will be announced as soon as they are decided.)

• * Changes to Infant, Child, or U23 categories are not allowed.
• * Age category changes are not allowed for S seats (Family Seats), advance sale tickets, and tickets issued at 7-Eleven stores.
• * The change period for C seats (Cheering Seats) is until April 7 (Wed) 23:59.
• * Please make changes from MENU > My Tickets on MobilityStation.

■Seat Change (Upgrade)

For electronic tickets purchased through general sales and if stock is available, upgrades are possible except for some seats. A difference payment will be required for changes. The fee will be the difference between the original ticket price and the new ticket price, and if there is no difference, a handling fee of 500yen will be charged.
From 0:00 on April 9 (Fri), the ticket price will switch to the same-day rate. Please note that if you make changes, the difference will be calculated based on the same-day rates. (The same-day rates will be announced as soon as they are decided.)

• * You cannot change to a seat that is cheaper than the price of the ticket you have already purchased.
• * S seats (Family Seats), S-BOX, R-BOX, Photographer Area tickets, various wheelchair seats, Thursday & Friday tickets, Thursday tickets, advance sale tickets, and Seven-Eleven store-issued tickets are not eligible for upgrades.
• * When making changes, please do not forget to release your previous seat. To avoid additional purchases, please confirm the contents and prices in your cart before making a purchase.

About the Resale Service (Applicable to purchases made through MobilityStation)

■Regarding Listing and Purchasing

Electronic tickets purchased through general sales can be listed for resale, except for some seats, only if they are within the validity period and unused.
The resale purchase and listing deadlines follow the sales period of the applicable tickets. The sales period is here
Tickets for which transactions are not completed by the end of the sales period will be returned to the seller, and you can enter using your original tickets.

Tickets not eligible for resale: Seven-Eleven in-store issued tickets, Formula 1 Paddock Club™, wheelchair designated seating tickets, advance sale tickets, West Area tickets sold on Asoview!, Thursday tickets, and Thursday & Friday tickets

About Race Viewing

■Ensuring viewing spaces, shaded areas, and rest areas throughout the venue

• 1. Leisure sheets are allowed to be used only in the west area, but please use them as a guide with a width of about 60cm and a length of about 70cm per person.
• 2. If items are left unattended for a long period of time, they may be considered as "reserving a spot" and may be removed.
• ※Please remove your leisure sheet or other items when leaving the area.
• ※You cannot reserve a place that spans days.
  We are not responsible for any damage, dirt, loss, etc. caused by removal.
• 3. We will immediately remove any gum tape, craft tape, vinyl string, etc. used for reserving places.
• ※If any damage to other customers' clothing or seat paint occurs due to this place reservation, we may charge you for the actual cost.

■Installation of cheering banners and use of cheering flags

• 1. Banners cannot be attached to handrails, etc. Please install them in places that do not obstruct the view of other customers, such as the top fence of the stand or the bottom fence of the front row.
• 2. If the size of the cheering banner is deemed too large by the staff, we may refuse to install it or remove it.
• 3. In the event of the following, we may remove it.
• ・If there are URLs, company logos unrelated to F1, or other expressions that are deemed inappropriate
• ・In case of strong winds, unclear installation, or other reasons deemed dangerous
• ・If it causes inconvenience to other customers (such as blocking airflow, being visually obstructive, or causing discomfort)
• ※We are not responsible for any damage, dirt, loss, etc. caused by removal.

■Regarding Brought-in Items and Service Animals

• Bringing in, using, or accompanying the following inside the venue is prohibited.
• ・Tents
• ・Parasols
• ・Bicycles, kick scooters/boards, roller skates/blades, skateboards, etc. (all mobility aids used by those who can walk independently)
• ・Pets and animals other than assistance dogs
• * In case of rain, please watch the event wearing a raincoat or poncho. Umbrellas (including parasols) may obstruct the view of surrounding spectators and, in crowded situations, may cause injuries or accidents due to contact, so please refrain from using them in spectator seats, Pit Walk, and other on-course events.

■Use of Cameras and Filming Equipment

• 1. Cameras and video cameras with a total length of 26cm or more (including lenses, lens hoods, and camera bodies) are prohibited from being used in all spectator seats and area seats, except for the photographer area. If the length exceeds 26cm when zoomed, please do not use it.
  * Even if the camera is less than 26cm in total length, please be careful not to disturb those around you.
• 2. Please refrain from using "selfie sticks" and the like inside spectator seats or crowded areas as they obstruct views and for safety reasons.
