About the MobilityStation Virtual Waiting Room

It is a system that allows you to wait in line in an online waiting room to prevent malfunctions caused by concentrated access to MobilityStation.
You can check the congestion status and estimated waiting time.
If there is congestion when accessing MobilityStation, you will be directed to a virtual waiting room.

Starting this year, logging in to MobilityStation is required to enter the virtual waiting room.
Please log in before accessing the virtual waiting room.
When logging in, it is convenient to check the "Keep me logged in" option.

Until 10:29

The waiting room will not be displayed.
Please log in to MobilityStation in advance and wait.
※If you have accessed MobilityStation before 10:29, please refresh your browser page (clear cache data). If you do not refresh, the display may not change immediately.
※Please enable your browser's cookie settings when accessing MobilityStation. If disabled, the queue system will not function properly.

10:30～10:59

From 10:30, those who access MobilityStation will be guided to the virtual waiting room.
Those who see this screen between 10:30 and 10:59 will be entered into a lottery to determine the order of guidance for the sales starting at 11:00.

If you enter the virtual waiting room without being logged in beforehand, a login screen will be displayed. Please follow the instructions to log in.

If you enter the virtual waiting room while logged in or access MobilityStation after the virtual waiting room has ended, the login screen will not be displayed in the virtual waiting room.

When the ticket sales start time arrives, the order will be determined by lottery regardless of the type of seat purchased.
Access to the site will be available when it's your turn.

After the lottery ends, the scheduled time when access will be available is displayed.
When it’s your turn, please access MobilityStation using the "Go to Site" button.

Those who access after 11:00 will be guided on a first-come, first-served basis following the order determined by the lottery.

The time may vary depending on the situation.
Please be aware of fluctuations in wait times.

Once access becomes available, please complete your purchase within 30 minutes. If more than 30 minutes pass, all actions in progress will be invalidated.
Also, please access MobilityStation within 10 minutes. If you do not access it within 10 minutes, you will need to line up again.

After congestion is resolved～

All those who have been waiting will be guided and if the congestion is resolved, the virtual waiting room will not be displayed.
