What is the virtual waiting room?

It is a system that allows you to wait in line in an online waiting room to prevent malfunctions caused by concentrated access to MobilityStation.
You can check the congestion status and estimated waiting time.
If there is congestion when accessing MobilityStation, you will be directed to a virtual waiting room.

Until 10:29 a.m.

The waiting room will not be displayed.
※If you have accessed MobilityStation before 10:29, please refresh your browser page (clear cache data). If you do not refresh, the display may not change immediately.
※Please enable your browser's cookie settings when accessing MobilityStation. If disabled, the queue system will not function properly.

10:30 a.m. – 10:59 a.m.

Lottery order

Those who access MobilityStation between 10:30 a.m. and 10:59 a.m. will be entered into the lottery for the sale starting at 11:00 a.m.

When ticket sales start, the order will be determined by lottery regardless of the ticket type purchased.
Access to the site will be available when it's your turn.

If you access MobilityStation after 11:00 a.m., a virtual waiting room will be displayed.
Those who access after 11:00 a.m. will be guided on a first-come, first-served basis following the order determined by the lottery.
When it's your turn, please access MobilityStation from the button on the website.
The time may vary depending on the situation.
Please be aware of fluctuations in wait times.

Please complete your purchase within 30 minutes after access becomes available.
If 30 minutes pass, you will need to line up again. Please note that all operations in progress will need to be redone at that time.
Also, if there is no access to MobilityStation within 10 minutes after access becomes available, you will need to line up again.

After congestion is resolved~

All those who have been waiting will be guided and if the congestion is resolved, the virtual waiting room will not be displayed.
