We are particular about our ingredients, and use 100% "Ise no Hibiki" wheat from Mie Prefecture for our main pancakes. We use domestically produced Akashiya honey for our honey.
In addition, the interior uses thinned wood from Mie Prefecture, creating a warm and calm atmosphere for dining.
