Return and exchange policy for products purchased at Suzuka Circuit facility store

• Returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective products purchased at Suzuka Circuit facilities.
  Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. Thank you for your understanding.
• Please have your receipt ready as proof of purchase for returns and exchanges. Returns and exchanges without a receipt cannot be accepted. Also, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted after 8 days from the date of purchase.
• There may be cases where exchanges cannot be made depending on the product's inventory status. In such cases, we will handle it as a refund.
• Returns and exchanges are not accepted for the following items.
  1. Used items, washed items, items with scratches, damage, stains, or odors caused by customer use.
  2. Items purchased within the facilities of Suzuka Circuit.
     Example) Products purchased at other facilities or websites, transferred from third parties, or purchased products.
