General Ticket Information

Where can I buy tickets?

Only available at the official online shop "MobilityStation" of Suzuka Circuit.
There is no ticket sales at the Suzuka Circuit ticket office, by phone, at convenience stores, or at play guides.

Do you need to have a credit card to purchase?

Please use the Seven-Eleven store ticketing method for receiving and the Seven-Eleven store payment method for payment. Cash and electronic money "nanaco" (※ no points will be given) are available for use.
※If you need a receipt that supports the invoice system, please use credit card payment.
If you choose to pay at a Seven-Eleven store, the "Ticket Payment Receipt" received at the store will serve as your receipt. Please note that receipts other than the "Ticket Payment Receipt" cannot be issued. Thank you for your understanding.

What payment methods are available?

Credit card payment and Seven-Eleven store payment are available for you to choose.
Available Cards: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club (One-time payment only)
※If you have a debit card, prepaid card, or a credit card issued outside of Japan, you may not be able to register your card.
Which cards are eligible for registration depends on the judgment of each card company and payment agency service, so we cannot answer even if you inquire.
Seven-Eleven stores accept cash, electronic money "nanaco" (※no points will be given), and credit cards for payment.

How do I receive my tickets?

If you pay by credit card at MobilityStation, you will receive an electronic ticket. If you pay at a Seven-Eleven store, you will receive it at the same time as payment at the Seven-Eleven store.
Electronic tickets can be confirmed by tapping on My Tickets > Admission Tickets/Parking Tickets from the MENU while logged in to MobilityStation.
If you purchase a ticket at a Seven-Eleven store, the payment deadline and payment slip number will be indicated.

Can I cancel?

Tickets once purchased cannot be exchanged, changed, cancelled, or refunded for any reason.

What is Race Ticket Compensation Insurance?

This is insurance in case you are unable to attend the race. There are application deadlines and acceptance conditions. Please see the dedicated page for more information.

At what age do you need tickets?

Children aged 3 and above require a viewing ticket. Children under 2 years old will be required to watch from their guardian's lap. If you need a seat, you will need to purchase a viewing ticket. If purchased at the same time and there is availability, seats will be next to each other.

Can I change a child ticket to an adult ticket?

If you receive an electronic ticket, you can change your age from MENU>My Tickets on MobilityStation.
Tickets purchased at the Seven-Eleven store cannot be changed. Please note that there will be no price difference at the gate.
Changes from adult tickets to children's tickets are not allowed.

Can I buy a one-day ticket for the qualifying or final day?

Tickets for qualifying day only are not available for sale. Please purchase designated seat tickets or area tickets that can be used for 3 days of viewing.

Is there a ticket exchange for tickets purchased at Seven-Eleven stores?

Tickets cannot be exchanged. Please remember to bring the ticket you received when entering.
※If lost or forgotten, you will not be able to enter with your purchase history.

Lost your purchased ticket/forgot your ticket! Can it be reissued?

Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances, regardless of the reason (theft, loss, damage).
Please keep your valuable tickets safe until the day of the race, and be sure to bring them with you on the day so you don't forget.

I also want to play at the park besides watching the race. Do I need a separate admission ticket or park passport?

Reserved seat tickets and area tickets include a valid Park Passport from April 3 (Thu) to April 6 (Sun), so it is not necessary.

I have a ticket. How can I ride the rides in the park?

April 4 (Fri) to April 6 (Sun), please come to each attraction ride. No presentation of tickets or other items is necessary.
※Please present your ticket to the staff at each attraction on April 3rd (Thu)

Do you have a park annual passport? Can you watch?

During the F1 event period, it cannot be used on excluded dates. Please purchase a viewing ticket. (During the F1 event period, 1-day park passports are also not available for sale.)

Do you have shareholder benefits? Can you watch the race?

During the F1 event period, it cannot be used on excluded dates. Please purchase a viewing ticket.

Do you have a Suzuka Circuit 50th Anniversary Day visitor limited commemorative card? Can you watch?

During the F1 event period, it cannot be used on excluded dates. Please purchase a viewing ticket.

At what age should I buy tickets?

Please purchase tickets based on your age on April 6 (Sun), the final day.

Do you have reserved seat tickets? Can you watch from the west area?

Possible.

What is a photographer area ticket?

This is a ticket with benefits for amateur photographers. You are free to enter and exit the designated area during the specified period. You can also use large telephoto lenses, which are not allowed in general seats.
※Large telephoto lenses should only be used in the photographer-only shooting area, within a range that does not obstruct the view or movement of other customers.
Except for the photographer area, please use a camera with a total length of less than 26cm for photography within each viewing area. (Total length of 26cm or more is not allowed)
※Available for use in areas other than V1 and V2 general seating areas on Fridays only, as long as it does not cause inconvenience to other customers. However, depending on the situation, usage may be prohibited.

What is an outlet seat?

Seats with obstructed views due to structures such as handrails, utility poles, and course marshal posts, and Super Outlet seats have a wider range of obstructed views. We have published a sample of the view on our website, so please check before purchasing.

Are Paddock Passes available for sale?

There is no general sale of Paddock Passes for the F1 Japanese Grand Prix. (There is also no sale of Inner Track Fan Area Passes.)

What kind of ticket is the West Area ticket? Where can I watch?

This ticket allows you to freely choose viewing points according to the driving scenes in the G (overpass side), J, L, M, N (Spoon Curve), O, and P (130R) areas. Please note that there are no individual seats available in the west area.
On Friday only, V1 and V2, photographer-only shooting area, GRAN VIEW seats, R-BOX, S-BOX, VIP SUITE, and Formula 1 Paddock Club™ are reserved seats, so you can also watch from the East Course area.
Customers with designated seat tickets can also enter and watch from the West area. Customers with West area tickets can enter from any gate, but the viewing area is limited to the above area.
Please note that on Saturdays and Sundays, viewing in the East Course area is not available with West Area tickets. Please also be aware that privacy screens will be installed behind designated seats and in aisles to prevent overcrowding.
