About the virtual waiting room

Why does the waiting time increase or decrease?

The waiting time is an estimate.
The waiting time may vary depending on the congestion of the site.

Will my turn be kept even if I look at other pages, leave the screen, or go into sleep mode while in the virtual waiting room?

If your browser's cookie settings are enabled and you do not close the virtual waiting room or your browser, your computer or smartphone will not lose its place even if it goes into sleep mode or you do other things.
If you go back before your turn comes, your position will be maintained.
However, if there is no access to the MobilityStation within 10 minutes after your turn, the turn will become invalid.
Please check the screen regularly.
Additionally, if you do not make a purchase within 30 minutes from the time your turn comes at the Mobility Station, you will need to wait again, and all operations will have to be restarted from the beginning, so please be aware of this.
※The time when your turn comes will be displayed when access becomes available.

How do you know if it's your turn?

If the waiting screen is displayed, it will automatically move to the "Access available" screen.
If you are looking at another tab or doing something else, you will not be notified, so please check the waiting screen regularly.
If there is no access within 10 minutes after your turn, it will become invalid, so please be aware.

What happens if you don't realize it's your turn?

You may need to wait in line again if you exceed the limit.
Please check the waiting screen regularly.
Please note that there is no notification regarding excess.

What happens if you have disabled cookie settings?

Waiting in line is not being done properly.
Please enable cookie settings to access the site.
