  1 site: 14,000yen (tax included)

  ※Separate MFJ Grand Prix tickets are required (including accompanying persons)

  1 site W3m x D about 4.5m
  Available from Le Mans-style grid number 1 in order of ticket purchase for the first 70 groups

  ※Grid numbers will be provided at the reception on the day of the event.

• Parking

  Up to 2 motorcycles per site are allowed to enter.

  ※Not allowed to participate by car

• Access

  Parking Space at Check-in: Inside GP Square (Blue Pin on the Map)
  Please turn right before the motorsports gate and enter through the black gate.
  Please park according to the staff's instructions.
  
  Check-in Reception Venue: Traffic Education Center 2F Counter (Red Pin on Map)
  Please come after parking your bike at GP Square.

Information and Precautions (Please be sure to check)

【Attention】

• Sales and resale listings for the Le Mans-style camping will be available until October 25 (Fri) at 23:59. <Updated 10/21>
• Cars are not allowed to participate.
• Please set up your tent, tarp, and other equipment within your designated space.
• There are no services for rental equipment or food sales. Please prepare them yourself.
• Regarding fire, single burner devices are allowed to be used. However, cooking with direct fire, using charcoal, or any other devices that may produce sparks are not allowed due to the risk of fire. Also, please note that fire is strictly prohibited in the pit area, pit road, and paddock. Please only use fire in designated areas around tents.
• There is no power supply on the site. Also, bringing and using generators is prohibited.
• Please refrain from bringing or using items that produce loud noises, such as CD radios and Bluetooth speakers.
• The course lights will be completely turned off at 10:00 PM. As there are many guests who will be going to bed, we kindly ask for your cooperation in keeping quiet. Please note that from the time the lights are turned off until early morning (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM), idling and moving motorcycles by starting the engine are strictly prohibited. Even if you are outside for shopping, meals, or bathing, please return by 9:50 PM. Thank you for your cooperation.
• If the above conditions are not met, please be aware that you may be asked to leave. Thank you for your understanding.
• Please be sure to securely fix the tents to prevent them from being blown away by strong winds. In the event of any damage to the facilities, we may charge for repair costs.
• Please take your trash with you or bring it to the designated trash disposal area.
• The used site must be restored to its original state. If not followed, the safety of the course cannot be guaranteed and may affect subsequent course runs, so please cooperate.
• In case of disasters or emergencies, please follow the staff's guidance and evacuate.
• Please take your valuables with you when leaving the site.

【Cancel/Change Reservation】

• Please note that refunds cannot be made for changes or cancellations due to customer convenience after purchasing tickets. Thank you for your understanding.
• In case it is determined that it is difficult to ensure the safety of our customers due to severe weather, the event will be cancelled.
  In that case, it is not limited to the above.
