Precautions for watching the race

To ensure that all customers can enjoy watching the race comfortably, we ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following information.
Please note that our staff may give you a warning regarding the prohibited items listed on this page.
Please follow the instructions carefully.

How to Watch

Please refrain from the following as it may cause inconvenience to other customers.
 
  • Place objects, tape, etc. to reserve a spot (may be removed)
  • CHIRARA, use of tools that emit large volumes of sound, as well as tools that emit light during filming, other than cameras
  • Use of large telephoto lenses inside the spectator seating area
  • Bringing and using ladders in the spectator seats and aisles
  • Use of umbrellas in the spectator seats *except for some areas (please wear a raincoat or poncho and watch the race in case of rain)
  • Use of photography assistance equipment such as selfie sticks and selfie sticks in the spectator seats

Installation and use of cheering banners and cheering flags

  • Banners cannot be attached to the handrails on the stand side. Please install them in places that do not obstruct the view of other customers, such as the top fence of the stand or the bottom fence of the front row.
  • If the Suzuka Circuit staff determines that the size is too large, we may refuse to install it.
  • The banner installation period is from July 31 (Thu) to August 3 (Sun). *Installation is not allowed on Wednesday.
  • If applicable, we may remove it.
・If there are URLs, company logos unrelated to this race, or other expressions that are deemed inappropriate
・If deemed dangerous due to strong winds, unclear installation, or other reasons
・If it is determined to be a nuisance to other customers (such as blocking the wind, being unsightly, causing discomfort, etc.)
※We are not responsible for any damage, dirt, loss, etc. caused by removal.

Use of tents, parasols, and handheld umbrellas

  • Tents, parasols, and handheld sunshades are not allowed in reserved seats (V1, V2, S, S-BOX, R-BOX, GRANVIEW) and area seats (B1, B2, Q2). They are only permitted in general admission seats (C, D, E, R, West Area).
     * When using tents, parasols, or handheld umbrellas, please be considerate and share the space with other guests.
     ※Please note that there may be cases where our staff will speak to you due to congestion or visibility issues. Thank you for your understanding.
     * If you will be absent, please be sure to remove it each time and do not leave it as is.
  • Tents and parasols cannot be set up overnight. They may be removed after business hours.
  • You cannot take a break with leisure sheets in places such as the V Stand, Q2 Stand, and B Stand below, where it is shaded.
  • The height and area of the tent that can be set up is limited to "130cm or less in height and 2m2 per person".

Smoking

  • Smoking is prohibited throughout the Suzuka Circuit, except for designated smoking areas.

About Parking

  • Please refrain from reserving parking spaces by placing items, etc. (They may be removed.)
  • In the premises including the parking lot, the use of fire is strictly prohibited.
    Spoon BASE is only available for use on gas stoves.

Other

  • Please separate your trash and dispose of it in the designated trash bins. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a clean viewing environment.
  • Please refrain from bringing pets (excluding specially trained animals such as guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs) into the venue.
  • Please refrain from using or bringing bicycles, kick scooters, roller boards, etc. inside the venue.
