Recommended Viewing Items
For watching races in midsummer, be sure to prepare heat countermeasure items and be fully prepared!
Here, we introduce recommended clothing and items to bring.
FASHION Recommended Clothing
- (1) Hat
- Since the sunlight becomes quite strong, a hat is a must. A wide-brimmed type is recommended!
- (2) Sunglasses
- Protect your eyes from the glare and UV rays of the sun, and prepare to enjoy watching the race comfortably.
- (3) Bag
- A backpack that frees up both hands is best, as it can hold heat relief items and souvenirs. Smartphone shoulder bags and waist pouches are also convenient!
- (4) Tops
- Be mindful of sun protection even when the temperature is high. A combination of short sleeves and arm covers is recommended.
- (5) Bottoms
- Choose bottoms that can also protect you from the sun, just like the tops. Options like shorts with leg covers are recommended according to your preference.
- (6) Shoes
- The best choice is comfortable shoes you are used to wearing. Sandals are not allowed. If you plan to use the pool, it is okay to bring sandals separately.
MUST HAVE Items for Enjoying the Race Comfortably
- (1) Sunscreen
- Apply it thoroughly before departure. It is essential to bring some with you for reapplication on site.

- Effective for blocking direct sunlight. Since there are restrictions on the admission area where it can be used, please check here.

- (3) Heat Countermeasure Goods
- Be fully prepared to enjoy watching in the height of summer to the fullest. Handy fans, sweat wipes, and cooling towels are recommended!
- (4) Towel
- Not only for wiping sweat, but also useful on rainy days. The larger type with a hood is excellent as it can also be used as sun protection.
- (5) Raincoat / Poncho
- Takes up less space than an umbrella and leaves both hands free. Even if the forecast is clear, bring one just in case of sudden weather changes.
* Be sure to keep it in your bag.
- (6) Plastic Bag
- Convenient for storing wet towels or clothes. It’s useful to have several large, durable ones prepared.
- (7) Seat Cushion
- For long hours of watching on hot or wet chairs. Choose a foldable and easy-to-carry one.
