     * Unlike Paddock Passes, participation in the Pit Walk is not allowed.

Items Needed on the Day

A photo ID that includes your date of birth and name (such as a driver's license, My Number card, residence card, special permanent resident certificate, passport, student ID, etc.)
If you do not have a photo ID, please present two types of identification that confirm your date of birth and name.

Application Method

  1. Please select the electronic ticket "16-23 ZERO Yen Pass" on MobilityStation within the application period.

  2. By applying for the "16-23 ZERO Yen Pass," you can add tickets for the "16-23 & Corporate Exchange Meeting at Suzuka 8 Hours."
    Please select your preferred participation date from August 2 (Sat) or August 3 (Sun).

* Those who have already applied for the "16-23 ZERO Yen Pass" can add tickets for the "16-23 & Corporate Exchange Meeting at Suzuka 8 Hours" from June 26 (Thu) onwards within the "My Tickets" menu on MobilityStation.

How to Participate on the Day

  1. On the day, please present the QR code of your electronic ticket at the Invitation Reception Tent.
    Please also present an identification document that can verify your age at that time.
    Please note that if you do not have an identification document or if you are not eligible, you will not be allowed to enter.
    *During the event period, registration is required upon your first visit. For the second entry during the event period, registration at the invitation reception tent is not necessary.

  2. At the Invitation Reception Tent, you will be given the "16-23 ZERO Yen Pass" ticket and the wristband for the "16-23 & Corporate Exchange Meeting in Suzuka 8 Hours."

  3. Please use the "16-23 ZERO Yen Pass" ticket to enter through the gate on the day.

  4. Please show your wristband to the staff in front of the "Paddock Tunnel" at GP Square and enter the Paddock Tunnel.
     
  5. Please move to the venue from the passage inside the Paddock Tunnel using the elevator or stairs.
    *The venue is Hospitality LOUNGE No.7 on the 2nd floor of the Pit Building (Saturday, August 2 only) or Hospitality CLUB No.7 on the 3rd floor of the Pit Building.
    *On Saturday, you are free to move between the two venues mentioned above.

  6. Please receive the information materials for the networking event at the reception of each venue. After that, feel free to visit the booths of companies and organizations you are interested in!
