  *From August 1 (Fri) to 3 (Sun), admission to Suzuka Circuit requires a ticket for the 2025 FIM World Endurance Championship "Coca-Cola" Suzuka 8 hours Round. 46.
• ◎Sales Target: August 1, 2025 (Fri) ～ 3 nights and 4 days
• ◎Booking method: Only accepted through the internet on a first-come, first-served basis (all sites)
  ※You can apply for up to 2 sites per person per reception.
  ※Internet sales are only available for credit card payment (prepayment).
  *Regarding phone reservations, we will start accepting calls from 9:30 AM on July 3 (Thu), but if the rooms are already fully booked through the internet pre-booking, we will not be able to accept reservations by phone. Thank you for your understanding.
  *Regarding the waiting list, applications will be accepted only through the online application form starting from 9:30 AM on July 3 (Thu).
  The application form will be provided around late June in the "Accommodation Reservation Information" page under the section "Reservation Acceptance for 2025 Race Events".
• [Information about use]
• ◎Check-in time on August 1 (Fri) is from 13:00 to 19:00, but you are scheduled to enter the site immediately after reception.
  The reception start time will be announced in the "Administration Building Business Hours (PDF: 65KB)".
• ◎The number of parking spaces for the campsite is limited to one car per site. (Two for motorcycles)
  If you are arriving with more than two cars, please reserve multiple sites or use nearby parking lots.
• ◎During your stay at the Family Camp, you can use the natural hot springs "THE SPA".
  ※Available time slots are as follows.
  　August 1 (Fri)・・・14:30～22:00
  　August 2 (Sat), 3 (Sun)・・・6:00～10:30, 14:30～22:00
  　August 4 (Mon)・・・6:00～10:30
  The final admission time for "THE SPA" is 30 minutes before each closing time.
  ※"THE SPA" entrance card key will be lent out for one site per card.
  Bath towels, face towels, shampoo, body soap, and other amenities are provided and available for free.
• ◎There is no shared charging space for mobile devices. Please reserve a site with a power supply or prepare a mobile battery.
• ◎When using a site with power supply, it is up to 20A (2000W) per site.
  Please use electrical appliances within the range of 20A (2000W).
• ◎The lights-out time for campers is 23:00.
  Please be quiet during the hours of 23:00 to 7:00 the following morning as there may be guests sleeping. Thank you for your understanding.

※Various campaign discounts are not applicable to this reservation.
※The price of the 3-night 4-day plan includes a bathing tax. (450 yen per adult for 3 nights only)

• ※4...For those arriving by motorcycle, up to 2 bikes can be parked per site.
• ※5...The maximum capacity includes the number of children aged 0-2 years old. (Not included in the fee calculation.)

• ※Reservations are required. Please note that there will be no sales on the day, so thank you for your understanding.
• ※For customers who have made reservations, we will send you a guidebook and parking pass around mid-July. Please be sure to enter your means of transportation and number of cars when making a reservation.
• ※Once the sales quota has been reached, we will accept reservations on a waiting list basis, but once a certain number has been reached, we will close the reservations.
• ※Please note that the location of each site will be designated on the day of the event in order of reception. Pre-designation is not possible, so thank you for your understanding.
• ※1 car can be parked in the designated parking space inside the campsite per site reservation. Please note that vehicles exceeding the limited number cannot be parked inside the campsite, so thank you for your understanding.
  Please purchase a separate advance parking ticket or use a nearby parking lot. Also, for motorcycles, you can park up to 2 vehicles per site.
• ※Please note that depending on the size of your vehicle, you may not be able to park in the designated parking spaces. If you plan to visit with a large vehicle such as a camper (self-propelled or towed), please consult with us when making a reservation.
• ※Customers who make reservations online will have their reservations completed at the time of online payment.
• ※If you make a reservation by phone, the reservation will be completed when the usage fee is transferred.
• ※Sales schedule and sales methods may change depending on future social conditions and weather.
• ※After making a reservation for the campsite, please note that we are unable to cancel or refund separately purchased advance parking tickets, so thank you for your understanding.
