• ◎Sales start date and time: Internet sales begin on April 24 (Fri) at 14:00
  *From July 3 (Fri) to 5 (Sun), admission to Suzuka Circuit requires a ticket to the 2026 FIM World Endurance Championship "Coca-Cola" Suzuka 8 Hours Round 47.
• ◎Sales period: From Friday, July 3, 2026, for 3 nights and 4 days
• ◎Reservation method: First-come, first-served via internet application (all sites)
  ※You can apply for up to 2 sites per person per reception.
  * For internet sales, only advance payment (credit card / PayPay) at the time of reservation is accepted.
  　After payment, the reservation is completed when the reservation completion screen is displayed.
  * Telephone sales will start accepting reservations from Thursday, June 4, but if fully booked through the internet pre-sale, we will not be able to accept your reservation. Thank you for your understanding.
  　For phone sales, your reservation will be completed once you have made the advance payment through the payment system guided by our facility.
  * If fully booked, we will accept cancellation waitlist requests from 9:30 on Thursday, June 4.
  　Applications are accepted only through the online request form.

• ◎Regular check-in time is from 13:00 (from 14:00 for sites with tents), but on Friday, July 3, you will be allowed to enter the site immediately after reception. *Only vehicles are allowed to enter tent sites.
  The reception start time will be provided on the Management Building Business Hours (PDF: 58KB) page.
• ◎For each site reservation, you may park one car in the designated parking space within the campsite. Please note that vehicles exceeding the limit cannot be parked inside the campsite. Thank you for your understanding.
  Please purchase a prepaid parking ticket separately. Additionally, up to two 2-wheel vehicles may be parked per site.
• ◎During your stay at the Family Camp, you can use the natural hot springs "THE SPA".
  ※Available time slots are as follows.
  　July 3 (Fri)・・・14:30–22:00
  　July 4 (Sat), 5 (Sun)・・・6:00–10:30, 14:30–22:00
  　July 6 (Mon)・・・6:00–10:30
  The final admission time for "THE SPA" is 30 minutes before each closing time.
  ※"THE SPA" entrance card key will be lent out for one site per card.
  Bath towels, face towels, shampoo, body soap, and other amenities are provided and available for free.
• ◎There is no shared charging space for mobile devices. Please reserve a site with a power supply or prepare a mobile battery.
• ◎When using a site with power supply, it is up to 20A (2000W) per site.
  Please use electrical appliances within the range of 20A (2000W).
• ◎The lights-out time for campers is 23:00.
  Please be quiet during the hours of 23:00 to 7:00 the following morning as there may be guests sleeping. Thank you for your understanding.

• ※4...For those arriving by motorcycle, up to 2 bikes can be parked per site.
• ※5...The maximum capacity includes the number of children aged 0-2 years old. (Not included in the fee calculation.)
• ※6...When making a reservation for 5 or more people that includes children classified as "infants," the system does not reflect the charges for the children. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please settle the difference at the reception.

  Please purchase a prepaid parking ticket separately. Additionally, up to two 2-wheel vehicles may be parked per site.
• ※Please note that depending on the size of your vehicle, you may not be able to park in the designated parking spaces. If you plan to visit with a large vehicle such as a camper (self-propelled or towed), please consult with us when making a reservation.
• ※For customers with reservations, we will send the information guide and parking pass sequentially from around mid-June. Please be sure to enter your mode of transportation and the number of vehicles at the time of reservation.
• ※After making a reservation for the campsite, please note that we are unable to cancel or refund separately purchased advance parking tickets, so thank you for your understanding.
