QHow many people are required to be considered a group?

AA group is defined as a total of 15 or more paying guests on the day, including adults, children, and infants (ages 3 to preschool).
*Advance reservation is required (at least 3 days prior).

When using Suzuka Circuit Park

1. If you are arriving by sightseeing bus
Please enter through the bus and taxi gate in front of the Main Gate.
After getting off the bus, please complete the procedures at the group reception on the right side of the ticket office.
2. If you are coming by car,
please enter from the parking gate and follow the instructions of the parking staff to park your car in an available parking space.
Please gather in front of the Main Gate and complete the procedures at the group reception on the right side of the ticket window.

QWhere is the group reception area?

AThe ticket office is located on the right side of the Main Gate.
At the group reception, we will hand over tickets, settle payments, and provide guidance on facility usage.

QDo all members have to purchase the same type of ticket for SUZUKA CIRCUIT PARK?

AThere is no problem even if the types of tickets are mixed.

QCan I receive Suzuka Circuit Park attraction tickets in advance?

AWe do not send tickets in advance. They will be handed over at the group reception upon your arrival on the day.

QIs it possible to use the lunch ticket for other menus by paying an additional fee?

AYou cannot use menus other than lunch tickets for an additional fee.
Only available for lunch ticket limited menu.

QCan I receive allergy information in advance about the lunch ticket menu at Park Restaurant?

ABased on the ingredient list of each menu, we have prepared a chart indicating the presence or absence of the 8 specified allergens (egg, milk, wheat, shrimp, crab, buckwheat, peanuts, walnuts).
*This is not an allergy treatment chart.

QIs there a special menu for children and students with allergies at the Park Restaurant?

APutti Town Kitchen offers a low-allergen menu.
Please contact us in advance if you wish to use it.

QAre there any vouchers that can be used for purchasing attraction tickets, souvenirs, or meals?

AThere is a 500yen usage ticket available.
Attractions, hotels, restaurants, and other facilities are available for your use.
When using for attractions, please exchange it for attraction tickets at the ticket booth under the clock tower inside the park.
※Vending machines are not available.
No change will be given.
The expiration date of the usage ticket is 6 months from the month of issue.

QCan we have announcements made inside the park?

AAnnouncements are available at any time within the park. Please inquire at the Main Information Center on the day of your visit.

QIs there an additional fee for photographers accompanying groups?

AIf a photographer accompanies the group, a flat shooting fee of 2,100yen per company is required.
Please pay the shooting fee at the group reception upon arrival.

QIf you want to know information about nearby facilities such as health centers or hospitals, where can you obtain the materials?

AFacility list will be sent by email or mail.

QCan I get a reissue if I lose my tickets or vouchers?
※Entrance tickets, attraction tickets, lunch tickets, usage tickets, etc.

AReissuance is not possible. You will need to purchase again.

QAre there any attractions where participants using wheelchairs can ride while remaining in their wheelchair?

ARun-run Balloon, Circuit Wheel can be used while in a wheelchair.
If there are customers with physical disabilities within your group, please contact us in advance.
If customers with physical disabilities (groups) will be using the facility, please be sure to conduct a preliminary visit.
