QI entered with an admission ticket and did not purchase a park passport. I want to use the attractions, but where can I purchase attraction tickets?

ATickets can be purchased at the Clock Tower Ticket Office, Hotel Gate, License Center, and Menkyo Center.
You can also pay the usage fee directly at each attraction using the following payment methods.
Mobile QR Payment: PayPay
Electronic Money: Rakuten Edy, nanaco, WAON, iD
Transportation IC: Suica, TOICA, Kitaca, manaca, ICOCA, PASMO, SUGOCA, nimoca, Hayakaken

QAre there expiration dates for attraction tickets?

AThere is no expiration date. If you are unable to use it, you can use it on your next visit.
※Park passports are only valid on the day of purchase.

QCan attraction tickets and park passports be refunded?

ARefunds are not accepted.

QOne of our family members is considering purchasing a Park Passport. Is it not possible to transfer the Park Passport?

APark passports cannot be transferred.

Q"I purchased an admission ticket or passport at "Asobiew!" How do I enter the park?"

APlease come directly to the Main Gate and show the QR code screen of Asobiew! to the gate staff.

QAre there any payment methods other than cash for purchasing admission tickets or park passports?

※Discount available within 1 month from child's birthday.

QIs there anything I need to show when entering if I use a birthday discount?

AEnjoy! (WEB ticket) Please show the QR code screen and the original identification document that confirms your child's birthday (insurance card, mother and child handbook, My Number card, or resident certificate) to the staff.

QCan the child's birthday discount be applied to the family?

AApplicable. Up to 5 people, including children in junior high school or younger, are eligible for a discount.

QCan I purchase a park passport or pool ticket at the hotel?

AYou cannot purchase at the hotel front. Please purchase a WEB ticket or at the Hotel Gate before entering the park.

QDo you have a 2-year-old child? Is there a charge for children?

AChildren under 3 years old are free of charge for admission and attraction fees.

QCan I ride attractions with cash?

ACash payment is not available. Please purchase a park passport or attraction ticket, or pay the usage fee at each attraction using one of the following payment methods.

QI have an annual passport. I will become an elementary school student within the validity period. Is there anything else I need?

AThere is no need to create a new card or pay an additional fee. Please understand that we may ask for your age when using the attraction, but please inform us verbally.
