Are there payment methods other than cash when purchasing admission tickets or park passports on-site?

I entered with an admission ticket but did not purchase a park passport. I want to use the attractions; where can I buy attraction tickets?

Tickets can be purchased at the Clock Tower Ticket Office, Hotel Gate, License Center, and Menkyo Center.
You can also pay the usage fee directly at each attraction using the following payment methods.

Credit card payments: Amex, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Diners Club, Discover, UnionPay
E-money: Rakuten Edy, nanaco, WAON, iD

Are there expiration dates for attraction tickets?

There is no expiration date. If you are unable to use it, you can use it on your next visit.
※Park passports are only valid on the day of purchase.

Can attraction tickets and park passports be refunded?

Refunds are not accepted.

One family member is considering purchasing a park passport. Is it impossible to share or reuse the park passport?

Park passports cannot be shared or reused.

"I purchased an admission ticket or passport at "ASOVIEW!" How do I enter the park?"

Please come directly to the Main Gate and show the QR code screen of ASOVIEW! to the gate staff.

Where can I purchase a child's Birthday Park Passport?

You can purchase from here.
* Eligible within one month from the child's birthday.

Is there anything I need to present when entering the park if I purchased with the birthday discount?

Please show the ASOVIEW! (WEB ticket) QR code screen and the original ID that can verify your child's birthday (one of the child's health insurance card, maternal and child health handbook, My Number card, or resident certificate) to the staff.

Is the children's birthday discount applicable to accompanying family members as well?

Yes, it is applicable. Up to 5 people can use it, including eligible children up to junior high school age.

Can I purchase a park passport or pool ticket at the hotel?

You cannot purchase at the hotel front. Please purchase a WEB ticket or at the Hotel Gate before entering the park.

I have a 2-year-old child. Is there a charge for children?

Children under 3 years old are free of charge for admission and attraction fees.

Can I ride attractions with cash?

Cash payment is not available. Please purchase a park passport or attraction ticket, or pay the usage fee at each attraction using one of the following payment methods.

Annual Passport

I applied for an annual passport through Asoview! When can I start picking it up?

You can pick it up starting one week after your application. Please come to the ticket booth under the clock tower.

Are there any blackout dates for the annual passport?

Blackout dates include major race days and facility inspection closure days. For details, please see here.

I have an annual passport purchased at the toddler rate. I will be an elementary school student starting in April; do I need to pay the difference?

You can continue to use it as is until the expiration date. We may check your age when using attractions, so please inform us verbally.

I purchased a passport. Can I switch to an annual passport?

On the day of use, during Park Opening Hours, you can upgrade to an annual passport by paying the difference at the ticket booth under the clock tower.
(The ticket price for WATER PARK AQUA ADVENTURE is not included in the difference amount.)
