It is an international wireless LAN roaming infrastructure. Once set up, you can use secure communication with encrypted wireless connections at OpenRoaming-compatible Wi-Fi spots both inside and outside Japan.

You can use it for free.
However, an internet connection environment is required to access the setup site. Data communication charges at that time will be borne by the user. -
With OpenRoaming, there are no restrictions on usage time or frequency.

[iOS/iPadOS]
Settings > Wi-Fi > Edit at the top right > Select the “ⓘ” next to the SSID and turn off Auto-Join.
【Android】
Settings > Wi-Fi > Select the SSID from Saved Networks and turn off "Auto-connect."
【Windows】
Start > Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > Manage known networks or Manage Wi-Fi settings > Select the SSID and turn off "Connect automatically when in range."
【macOS】
Apple menu > System Preferences > Network > Wi-Fi > Advanced > Uncheck automatic connection for the SSID from previously used networks.

Go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management > SuzukaCircuit > Select Delete Profile to remove the profile and finish.
【Android】
Select Settings > Wi-Fi > Saved Networks > SuzukaCircuit > Delete to finish.
【Windows】
Start > Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > Manage known networks or Manage Wi-Fi settings > SuzukaCircuit > Select Delete to finish.
【macOS】
Select System Settings > Privacy & Security > Profiles > SuzukaCircuit's “-” > Delete to finish.
