Internet Reservation Terms and Conditions

• 1. When using our reservation system, customers are expected to follow general internet etiquette, morals, and technical rules.
• 2. We strictly prohibit the use of this reservation system for profit, regardless of the reason, such as arranging paid services.

• Customers who engage in acts that may cause inconvenience or disadvantage to third parties, or may interfere with our services, or engage in acts that our hotel deems inappropriate, may be refused the use of our reservation system and our hotel.

• Our reservation system is intended for those who have made appropriate settings such as characters (Japanese display) and email. We cannot take any responsibility for the results of those who do not meet these conditions or the various effects they may have. Additionally, even if the above conditions are met, we cannot take responsibility for any effects caused by factors beyond our control, such as the customer's computer environment settings.

• Only customers who have agreed to these terms and conditions can use our reservation system.
  In addition, when your reservation is completed using this reservation system, it will be deemed that you have agreed to these terms and conditions, and you will be required to comply with them.

• On our hotel's website, you can make reservations for some of the products we offer. Our reservation system generally allows reservations to be made starting 3 days in advance, but this may vary depending on the product.
  In addition, cancellation can be made until the day of the reservation, but cancellation fees will be based on Article 10 "Cancellation Fees".

• When using reserved items, customers are required to comply with the accommodation agreement and rules set by the hotel.

• The services provided by our reservation system do not give any advantage to services provided outside of our hotel website (such as phone reservations or other hotel reservation channels). Therefore, there may be cases where reservations cannot be made due to reasons such as being fully booked.

• 1. When using our reservation system, the customer is responsible for all actions taken and results obtained through their own actions or their own email account, regardless of whether or not they were at fault. In addition, when using our reservation system, unless the hotel is at fault, the customer is responsible for resolving any disputes with third parties at their own expense if they have caused damage to said third parties.
• 2. If the user causes damage to the hotel or reservation system by any of the following acts, the hotel may claim compensation for all damages incurred by the user.
  (1) In case of violation of these Terms of Use, the Accommodation Agreement stipulated by this system, or the Rules of Use.
  (2) In the case of sending or writing harmful computer programs.
  (3) In the case of sending or writing information from a third party.
  (4) In the event of unauthorized use of this hotel for purposes other than personal use by the customer.
  (5) In case of violating other valid laws within Japan.

• You can cancel your reservation using our reservation system until the day of your arrival, but please refer to Article 10 "Penalty" for cancellation fees.

• If your reservation is cancelled due to reasons that should be returned to the customer, we will charge a cancellation fee as specified in the Suzuka Circuit Accommodation Agreement. For more details, please contact the Suzuka Circuit Reservation Center by phone.

• 1. Please enter your personal data accurately into the reservation application form for the desired product.
• 2. If there are any errors in entering personal data in the reservation application form, the reservation may become invalid.
• 3. Please be careful not to let others know about your personal password as it is managed individually.

• If the operation or content of this reservation system needs to be changed, the hotel may make changes without prior notice to customers. Please be sure to check the rules every time you use the system. Please note that after the rules have been changed, only the new rules will be valid and the previous rules will be invalid.

• If our hotel falls under any of the following conditions, we may temporarily interrupt the use of our reservation system without prior notice or consent to our customers.
• (1) In case of maintenance or maintenance of the reservation system.
• (2) In case of natural disasters, incidents, or other emergencies that may occur or occur, making operation difficult.
• (3) In the event that our hotel deems it necessary to temporarily suspend the use of the reservation system for reasons related to the operation of the hotel's website or the reservation system.

• The handling of our reservation system complies with applicable laws in Japan.

• This rule will be effective from April 1, 2003 Japan Standard Time.
