Regarding the omission of point allocation for members using the service

Thank you very much for your continued use of the SUZUKA CIRCUIT fan club card.
We have recently discovered that points that should have been awarded to card members for purchases made at certain shops within SUZUKA CIRCUIT and the online shop "Mobility Station" were not allocated for a certain period.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to our members.
In response to this matter, we will review our management system and strive to prevent recurrence.

Points will be awarded based on purchase data for transactions at eligible stores from April 2, 2022, to June 4, 2024.
For usage at eligible stores from September 4, 2019, to April 1, 2022, since purchase data is not available, a uniform 500 points will be granted to those who joined by April 1, 2022, as compensation.
・Points will be reflected in the billing on November 11, 2024. *Excluding those who have canceled their membership

・Since purchase data cannot be extracted, please check your receipt or credit card statement at the time of use, and contact us at the email address below by March 31, 2025.
