Notes on Bringing Your Own Vehicle	・We regret to inform you that the following vehicles are not allowed to participate. ・Buses, trucks, and other large vehicles ・Vehicles with damage such as oil leaks ・Vehicles that emit extremely loud exhaust sounds - Participation with vehicles without numbers is also possible, but in that case, please be sure to come by transport vehicle and load and unload at the SMSC office in advance.

Cancellation and Refund	From application to the day of the event, there will be no refund for cancellations due to customer's convenience. ※In case of cancellation due to facility road freezing or natural disasters (such as typhoons) for safety reasons, the organizer Suzuka Circuit may cancel the event. In that case, a full refund will be issued at a later date.
Eligibility	・Those who understand Japanese or are accompanied by an interpreter. ・Those who can accurately fill out and submit the pledge form (within the entry form) for participating in this event. ・Others who can comply with various precautions. ※If the management determines that you have behaved in a way that significantly inconveniences other customers, you may be refused participation in future events.
Guide	・Photography is allowed, but please use your own camera. We do not provide photographers. ・For safety reasons, filming with drones is not allowed. ・Sports driving and dangerous driving are not allowed. Please check the separate event participation pledge (included in the entry form) for dangerous and prohibited actions on the course. ・Please make sure to check in at the SMSC office in front of the office before starting your move 10 minutes in advance. - Pets are not allowed to participate.

①Until 15:15 ②15:00 to 15:30	Meeting and Reception ・Please come to the SMSC office reception and apply to participate in this event. ※You can check in one hour before the time shown above. If you do not check in within the designated time, it will be considered as a cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
①15:25〜 ②15:40〜	Description / Start of Movement ・Please follow the staff's instructions and start moving when it is time. At the destination, our staff will explain precautions and other important information. ・Please consider the layout of your vehicle in advance and let our staff know your preferences.
①15:45〜15:55 ②16:00〜16:10	Start Recording ・Shooting time will be 10 minutes ※Please be sure to arrive on time.
①16:00 ②16:15	Exit ・When it is time, you will be asked to leave after the countdown at the Leader Tower. There are no procedures after leaving, so you can go home as it is without any problems. ※Re-entry after leaving by car is not allowed.

Meeting Place Information

First, enter from the Motorsports Gate.
※Please present the purchase completion email or printed copy to the gate management staff at this time.

Pass through the tunnel under Suzuka Circuit Racing Course.

On the left is a gas station, and on the right in the back you can see the SMSC office.
Please park your car in the parking lot on the left and wait.
