Entrance and Exit Instructions

* In addition to entering SUZUKA CIRCUIT, those who wish to re-enter on the same day will need to scan the QR code upon temporary exit. (Updated 9/18)

How to Display Electronic Tickets

When logged in to MobilityStation, tap "My Tickets" or "Parking Tickets" from the MENU in the upper left corner to display your purchased tickets and parking tickets.
Precautions for each ticket can be confirmed by tapping the "!" in the seat type column of the ticket.

[If you have a pre-purchased parking ticket] How to enter the parking lot

Please present one parking ticket QR code per car at the entrance of each parking lot.
After reading the QR code, exchange it for a hanging type parking ticket.
During the race event period, please hang the exchanged parking ticket on the rearview mirror and use it.

E-Ticket holders, please log in to MobilityStation and tap "Parking Ticket" from the top left MENU to display your purchased parking ticket.
Seven-Eleven Ticket Issuance If you have a parking ticket, please remember to bring the ticket you issued. You cannot enter with your purchase history.

Admission Method

Please present one "admission ticket" or "admission ticket with ticket" per person to the staff at the entrance gate.
You can use all open gates for both first entry and re-entry.
Staff will scan the QR code with a dedicated terminal and confirm your ticket, so please enter after the check is completed.

※If you have multiple electronic tickets, it is recommended to print them at home in advance or distribute them at MobilityStation and bring them individually for a smoother experience.

We recommend saving the QR code via screenshots or similar methods (it will only be checked or used in emergencies, such as system failures or communication issues).

* The current time will be displayed at the bottom of the QR code. Please prepare a screen with a moving time display during normal times.

Exit Method

If you do not re-enter on the same day, you do not need to scan the QR code of the "admission ticket" or "ticket with admission ticket." Please exit through the gate as is.

If you temporarily exit and plan to re-enter on the same day, you will need to have your QR code scanned at the time of exit, so please inform the staff.

* Re-entry is possible from gates other than the temporarily exited gate.

You can use all open gates for both first entry and re-entry.

Please present one ticket per person to the staff at the entrance when entering.
Our staff will check your ticket, so please enter after the check is completed.

VIP Suite Premium, Hospitality LOUNGE entry method

Please present one ticket per person to the staff at the entrance when entering for the first time.
After our staff has checked your ticket, we will exchange it for a plastic pass that is valid for the duration.
Please use the exchanged pass during the race event period.

※If you have multiple tickets and want to hold them all on one device, it is possible to give all the tickets to the representative who has the device.

※It is also possible to distribute passes to each person by printing them at home in advance or by "distributing" them at MobilityStation.
