Participation Fee

SMSC (Full Course Member)	33,000yen (tax included)

Free admission for members and their companions (Companions: up to the capacity of the vehicle, vehicles: up to one participating vehicle)
Participants will receive free drinks at SUZUKA-ZE (10:00-13:30 during SUZUKA-ZE business hours)
Companions who wish to have free drinks can use them for a pre-application fee of 2,200 yen (tax included)

Eligibility

Valid on the day of the event for "SMSC Challenge Club" or "SMSC 4-wheel" license holders

Vehicle Regulations

Only vehicles that comply with the SMSC Challenge Club vehicle regulations are allowed.

Recruitment Period

November 25, 2023 (Sat) 12:00 ~ December 16, 2023 (Sat) 23:59 *Registration will end when the number of applicants reaches the limit.
※If a cancellation occurs during the application period, an email will be sent to all those who have set up cancellation notifications.

150 units
*One application per person.

Driving Content

Driving Time 25 minutes for 1 session, 20 minutes for 1 session, total 45 minutes

• Guided lap 1 lap + Time Attack (measurement) 25 minutes
• Time Attack (Measurement) 20 minutes
• Time trial for the top 2 cars in each class (1 time trial per car)
  　(Start → Attack lap → Pit in at East Short Cut)

※After two runs in each class, the top two cars will compete in the final run to determine the winner of each class.

Application Method

150 cars for the 25th Challenge Club Grand Prix
※Reception will end when 150 cars are reached in order of arrival.
1 person per 1 vehicle is required for application.
※If a cancellation occurs during the application period, an email will be sent to all those who have set up cancellation notifications.

(About payment)

Please complete the procedure within the member system after applying.

• ※Payment methods are limited to "credit card" and "convenience stores (Lawson, FamilyMart, MiniStop, Seicomart)".
• ※If payment is not made within 1 hour after application completion, the application will be automatically cancelled.
  If payment is not completed by the payment deadline, the application will be automatically cancelled.
• ※There will be no refunds after payment is completed for convenience store payments.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is possible from the member system (Sukuminet). However, the following cancellation policy will apply.
