  Account: Registered email address
  Password: Password set by yourself
• 2. After logging in, please proceed with the update procedure from "Click here for the update procedure" on the page that appears.

[How to Renew Expired License Holders]

If the expiration date has passed, it will be treated as a 3-year suspension, and after 3 years it will be treated as a new membership.
Example: The expiration date for the license valid on February 28, 2021 (Sun) is February 28, 2024 (Wed) at the License Center.

This will be an online update procedure. A valid email address is required as the login account.
If you have not registered your email address, please contact the License Center for updated license information.

[Submission of a pledge and consent form for minors]

Minors (under 18 years old) are required to submit a pledge and consent form. Please submit a certificate of the parent (guardian) within 3 months of issuance.
※Please submit to the License Center for updates.

【About Medical Check】

If there are any changes in your health condition since joining, please make sure to report it through the online medical check.

【Others】

• If the expiration date has passed, it will be treated as a suspension, and if you do not complete the renewal procedure during the 3 years of suspension, you will automatically withdraw.
• Online update applications are available at any time, but please note that it may take some time to complete the process. Thank you for your understanding.
• The license is valid for 1 year.
