Welfare Transfer Management and Leadership Course

This is a course for leaders and safety driving managers who manage drivers for welfare facilities and other transportation services.

Main Target
  • Person in charge of supervising and overseeing shuttle drivers at the facility. (Including care taxis and private ambulances)
  • Manager and supervisor of a company that undertakes transportation services for nursing facilities, etc.
  • Supervisor of the company that dispatches shuttle drivers.
  • Facilities that are having trouble with complaints from customers (patients or care recipients) about the driving of their pick-up drivers.

Includes a curriculum utilizing the unique driving evaluation system (Honda DRIVING STYLE PROPOSAL SYSTEM) developed by Honda and Suzuka Circuit Traffic Education Center.

Course Features
  • Measure the vague concept of "safe and gentle driving" by the force exerted on passengers, and clarify it as data.
  • Learn the methods and teaching techniques through practical training to confirm the necessity and basis of the measured data and standards.
  • Using the Honda JADE equipped with its unique driving evaluation system (HDSP). The results can be applied to all types and sizes of vehicles.
curriculum
  • Clearly define the standard of "safe and gentle driving" to be provided to passengers and connect it to on-site instruction.
  • Drivers should first check the driving operations they need to be aware of for the accelerator, brake, and steering wheel.
  • Learn teaching and coaching for "safe and gentle driving" on public roads.
  • Analyze your overall driving behavior with a driving habit check (once) by HDSP. It also clarifies your own level.
