Ticket sales ※Please be sure to read

There are two types of sales counters available.

MobilityStation (Online Shop)
Asoview! (Online Shop)

■Sales Outlet: Mobility Station (Online Shop)

If you are using Mobility Station for the first time, please register as a member in advance.
Please be sure to check the Terms of Use before using the service.
Please purchase tickets based on your age at the time of the final race. (For those with specified age requirements, please check the age limit before applying.)
Electronic tickets or Seven-Eleven issued tickets will be available. There are no delivery tickets.
Ticket upgrades and changes may affect inventory availability.
There is also a possibility that it will be listed for resale.
Please check the latest inventory status on MobilityStation.
Orders cannot be canceled after application due to customer circumstances.
Also, please note that cancellations and returns of tickets purchased through MobilityStation are not accepted under any circumstances.
Regarding receipt issuance, receipts can only be issued from the purchase details screen that can be displayed from the "i" mark in the upper right corner of MobilityStation's My Ticket when paying by credit card. If you need an invoice receipt, please use credit card payment.
※For prevention of duplicate issuance of receipts, we cannot issue receipts outside of the purchase details screen of My Ticket.
※If you choose to pay at a Seven-Eleven store, you will not be able to receive any receipt other than the "Ticket Payment Receipt" issued at the store.
※Issued per order. Cannot be divided or combined.

■Fee List

●Seven-Eleven Ticket Issuance and Payment

A handling fee will be charged when purchasing and paying at Seven-Eleven stores.
In-store payment fee 260yen / 1 transaction (only for in-store payments. This fee does not apply if payment has been made by credit card in the online shop)
Ticket issuance fee 130yen / 1 ticket (this fee applies even if payment is made by credit card in the online shop)

※If you have selected Seven-Eleven in-store payment, please complete the payment process within the payment deadline.
Please check the deadline in your My Ticket or Purchase Completion Notification email. If the deadline passes, your application will become invalid.

●Seat Change (Upgrade/E-Ticket Only)

Except for group seats and some tickets, tickets with adult fares equal to or higher can be changed to different seat locations or upgraded.
The fee is the difference before and after the change or upgrade per ticket, and if the difference is 0yen, a handling fee of "500yen" is required.
For child and infant fees, if the upgrade results in a price difference less than 0 yen, no fees or refunds for the difference will be provided.

●Age category change (e-ticket only)

Only adults can change the age category if it is within the valid period and has not been used.
Additional payment is required when making changes.
(Some tickets cannot be changed. Changes to infant, child, or U23 tickets are not allowed.)

●Resale (electronic tickets only)

Listing Fee (per listing): Up to 13,500yen...660yen (tax included) Over 13,501yen...5% of transaction amount
Transfer Fee (per listing): 660yen (tax included)

●Seven-Eleven in-store payment

Cash, electronic money "nanaco" (*no points will be given), and credit cards are accepted.
Please check the Seven Ticket Usage Guide for payment and receipt methods.
Please note that there is a deadline for payment. If payment is not made within the deadline, it will be cancelled.
Please check the purchase completion notification email and My Ticket for detailed deadlines.
※If you purchase 20 or more tickets at one time, or if the total payment amount is over 300,000 yen, you cannot choose to receive your tickets at the store or make payment at the store.

*Seven-Eleven in-store payment option: Until May 21 (Thu) 23:59

Please purchase tickets at the official ticket counter.

Please note that purchasing tickets from sources other than the official outlets (MobilityStation and agents commissioned by Honda Mobilityland Corporation) may put you at risk of crime or trouble. Thank you for your understanding.

Tickets purchased or obtained from sources other than the official ticket office may be invalidated without notice based on the terms of use, and entry may be refused on the day of the event.

■Sales Outlet: Asoview! (Online Shop)

Sales Start Date and Time

April 13 (Mon) 11:00 – Race Day Special Passport

・On May 23 (Sat) and 24 (Sun), you can enjoy "Race Viewing" and unlimited rides on park attractions for two days.
・Race viewing is available in unreserved seating or area seating. *Varies depending on the ticket.
　Seat changes or upgrades are not possible.
　If you wish to watch from a reserved seat, please purchase from MobilityStation.

Sales End Date and Time: May 24 (Sun) 16:00
*Advance ticket sales are available until May 22 (Fri) 23:59. From 0:00 on May 23 (Sat), tickets will be sold at the same-day price.

Regarding Same-Day Ticket Sales: From 0:00 on Saturday, May 23, sales will switch to same-day pricing.
Tickets can be purchased on Asoview! until 16:00 on Sunday, May 24.
