"2024 AUTOBACS SUPER GT Round 5 SUZUKA GT 350km RACE" Regarding refunds for all tickets
Due to the impact of Typhoon No. 10, the "2024 AUTOBACS SUPER GT Round 5 SUZUKA GT 350km RACE" scheduled for August 31 (Sat) and September 1 (Sun) has been postponed to December 7 (Sat) and 8 (Sun).
The "2024 AUTOBACS SUPER GT Round 5 SUZUKA GT 350km RACE" scheduled for August 31 (Sat) and September 1 (Sun) has been canceled, and in accordance with the MobilityStation terms of use, all tickets will be refunded. (Tickets for Round 5 will not be valid for the rescheduled event on December 7 (Sat) and 8 (Sun).)
The refund method varies depending on the payment and receipt method of the ticket. Please see the information below.

Those who have completed the purchase procedure at Mobility Station
1. Those who made a payment with a credit card at Mobility Station and received an electronic ticket
No action is required from the customer.- Refunds will be processed through the credit card company used for the payment.
- Depending on your credit card company, refunds may take 2 to 3 months.
- There may be cases where the billing and refund for your purchase are processed simultaneously, or where a refund is issued at a later date after the purchase has been charged.
- For details about the settlement date and settlement method, please contact each credit card company.
Electronic Ticket
2. Those who made a payment with a credit card at Mobility Station and received their tickets at the Seven-Eleven store
No action is required from the customer.- Refunds will be processed through the credit card company used for the payment.
- Depending on your credit card company, refunds may take 2 to 3 months.
- There may be cases where the billing and refund for your purchase are processed simultaneously, or where a refund is issued at a later date after the purchase has been charged.

- The ticket issuance fee for tickets issued at Seven-Eleven stores (110yen/ticket) is non-refundable. The issuance fee for unissued tickets is eligible for a refund.
3. Those who made payment at a Seven-Eleven store and received their tickets at the Seven-Eleven store
Please bring all the tickets for the applicable race that you purchased and issued at the store during the refund period. We will process the refund at the register.Refund Period: September 13 (Fri) 10:00 AM to September 30 (Mon) 11:59 PM
- A issued ticket is required for refunds.
- Refunds cannot be processed at a different store than the one where the payment and ticketing were made.
- Refunds cannot be issued if the ticket is damaged, so please understand.
- The ticket issuance fee at Seven-Eleven stores (110yen per ticket) is not eligible for a refund.
- The in-store payment fee (220 yen per transaction) is not eligible for a refund.
7-Eleven Store Ticket
In addition, those who have purchased paid tickets from authorized sales outlets recognized by our company
- Refunds will be processed through the point of purchase. Please check the information from the point of purchase.
Precautions
- Refunds are only available to the customer who made the purchase.
Please note that even if electronic tickets are distributed, only the purchaser will be eligible for a refund. - All transactions for tickets that have been successfully resold or listed will be invalid. (The tickets will be returned to the purchaser.)
The reseller will not receive the transaction amount for the successful sale, and the full amount of the purchased tickets will be refunded to the seller.
The transaction amount will be refunded to those who purchased resale products. - We cannot compensate for accommodation fees, transportation costs, or handling fees other than ticket prices. Thank you for your understanding.
