【Kawasaki Plaza Racing Team】Ise Sea Bream Carpaccio with Lime-Scented Avocado Sauce

A refreshing sauce made with creamy avocado infused with the aroma of herbs and green pepper lime. This dish enhances the umami of Ise sea bream.

【Yoshimura SERT Motul】Mala Chicken (Chilled Steamed Chicken Sichuan Style)

A familiar Sichuan-style dish combining tender steamed young chicken and ripe tomatoes, brought together with the rich depth of a special black sesame sauce.
