Reception and Check-in on the Day of Your Visit

• ・We will start accepting check-in procedures from the opening time of Family Camp.
  Please select the site you wish to use upon arrival at the reception.
  You can enjoy your time at SUZUKA CIRCUIT PARK or go shopping until check-in time.

Use of this site

• ・23:00-7:00 is a quiet time, so please cooperate and spend it quietly.
• ・Please refrain from bringing pets, except for guide dogs, assistance dogs, and hearing dogs, into the venue.
• ・Please refrain from bringing or using items that make loud noises, such as generators or CD radios.
• ・Please refrain from using open flames at the campsite.

About the Car

• ・Before and after check-in, dedicated parking spaces are available.
  Except during the F1 event period.
• ・Please drive slowly within the campsite.
• ・The number of vehicles allowed per campsite is one 4 wheels vehicle per site. (Free)
  Additional vehicles will be charged. Parking inside the campsite is not allowed, so please use the Family Camp dedicated parking lot. (Standard car 2,000yen per night for 2 days, 1,000yen per night per vehicle thereafter)
  However, this does not apply during the F1, 8-hour endurance, and GT race periods.

• ・Please consult with us in advance if you plan to visit with a vehicle larger than a camping car.
• ・Please refrain from driving on the lawn.
• ・Please refrain from using your vehicle after 23:00 except in case of emergency.
• ・Please refrain from idling your car at the campsite.

Safety Management

• ・In case of weather warnings such as typhoons approaching, we may close the campsite for safety reasons.
• ・Our staff will patrol at night to ensure that our customers have a comfortable stay.
• ・Please evacuate according to the staff's guidance in case of disasters or emergencies.
• ・Please take your valuables with you when leaving the site.
• ・We do not accept food ingredients.
• ・Please be careful when handling fire during bonfires and meals to prevent burn accidents.
• ・If you have any problems outside of the operating hours of the Family Camp management building, please inform the Suzuka Circuit Hotel front desk staff.

About Waste Disposal

• ・Please separate your trash in the designated garbage disposal area and bring it with you to the reception desk.
• ・Charcoal should be disposed of in a completely extinguished state in the designated drum can inside the cooking building.
