Accommodation Fees and Details

★From check-in on August 23 (Sat), this plan allows you to stay until 10:00 PM on August 24 (Sun) at the latest.
★During your stay, you can use the natural hot springs "THE SPA" for free as many times as you like.
　*Please check the information at the bottom of the page for business hours.
★You may keep your car parked at the site until 10:00 PM on August 24 (Sun).
　*Please complete tent removal by 8:00 PM, taking into account the lights-out time.
★Only one car per reserved campsite is allowed for parking (two motorcycles allowed).
　If you are coming with two or more vehicles, please purchase a separate advance parking ticket for the second and subsequent vehicles. Same-day sales of parking tickets are not available.

◇The leisurely check-out plan includes a bathing tax.
However, if you extend your stay until 11:00 on Monday, an additional bathing tax will be required. (The bathing tax is 150 yen per adult.)

■Pre-sale starts from 2:00 PM on July 3 (Thu) via internet reservation
■Phone reservations accepted from 9:30 AM on July 22 (Tue).

* Waiting list cancellations for each site will be accepted only through the online application form starting from 9:30 AM on July 22 (Tue).
The application form will be provided around mid-July in the "Accommodation Reservation Information" page under the section "Reservation Acceptance for 2025 Race Events".

Please read before making a reservation

◎Reception (registration and site designation) on August 23 (Sat) will be accepted from 7:00 AM. >>Management Building Business Hours (PDF: 73KB)
◎After check-in, you will be able to enter the site with your vehicle immediately. However, if there are guests staying at your desired site from the previous day, you may need to wait until the checkout time (11:00).
◎During your stay at Family Camp, you can use the Natural hot springs THE SPA as many times as you like for free.

　August 24 (Sun) 6:00 AM – 10:30 AM, 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM
*The last admission is 30 minutes before each closing time.
※ We will lend you one admission key for "THE SPA" per site. Please hold the admission key at the entrance to enter.
Amenities such as bath towels, face towels, shampoo, and body soap are available in the facility. (Free)
◎This accommodation plan is by reservation only. There will be no sales on the day.
◎Once the sales quota has been reached, we will accept waiting list reservations for any cancellations, but once a certain number has been reached, we will close reservations.
◎Location requests for each site will be accepted on the day of the event in the order of reception. Requests cannot be made in advance.
◎Only one car per reserved campsite is allowed for parking (two motorcycles allowed). If you come with more than one car, please purchase additional advance parking tickets for the second car and beyond.
* There will be no same-day sales of parking tickets.

◎Please note that depending on the size of your vehicle, you may not be able to park in the designated parking spaces. If you plan to visit with a large vehicle such as a camper (self-propelled or towed), please consult with us when making a reservation.
◎Customers who make reservations on the internet will have their reservations completed at the time of prepayment by credit card.
◎Please note that the sales schedule and sales method may change depending on future social conditions and weather.
◎After making a reservation for the campsite, it is not possible to cancel or refund separately purchased advance parking tickets. Thank you for your understanding.
Accommodation plans do not include park admission fees or race viewing tickets. Separate ticket purchases are required for park admission and race viewing.
◎There are no charging spaces or power sources for shared mobile devices. Please reserve a site with power or prepare a mobile battery.
Please refrain from using the power outlets in shared spaces such as the cooking area and restrooms.
