Registration

Please complete all necessary procedures within the designated period. For more details, please check the following.

※Please be sure to read※

  • If the driver or rider is under 18 years old, the signature and seal of their legal guardian is required.
  • "University, Technical College, and Vocational School Class", "High School Class", "Junior High School Class" teams entering must bring their student ID on the day of the competition.

Please apply through our web entry form on this site.

Document Submission

Please send the following documents to the competition office within the specified period.

  • Until July 7 (Sun) 1. Pledge and Consent Form
    　 ※If the driver/rider is under 18 years old, parental signature and seal are required.
  • Until July 14th (Sun) 2. Team/Vehicle Photo Data (※Separate information will be provided by the tournament office)

Payment of Participation Fee

After entering, please pay the participation fee according to the instructions.

"Acceptance Letter" Sent

The "Acceptance Letter" will be sent from the secretariat two weeks before the event.

※Please be sure to read※

  • If payment cannot be confirmed, we will not send the "Acceptance Letter".
  • The acceptance letter will be sent to the address and recipient name provided during entry.

Please be sure to check in on the day of the event. For more details, please refer to the "Event Schedule" below.

Competition Progress

Document Inspection (Participant Registration)

You must complete registration before participating in the competition.
Please check the time schedule issued by the tournament office for reception hours.

KV-40/KV-40

Vehicle Inspection

We will conduct vehicle inspections in accordance with the vehicle regulations.
※Vehicle inspection and driver/rider weight measurement will be conducted.

Run (1st Attack)

Starts every 10 seconds.
※After driving, leave the power supply for driving at the designated pit (only for 2nd attack target teams)

Run (2nd Attack)

Return the drive power before driving.
Starts every 10 seconds.
※After driving, leave the power supply for driving at the designated pit (only for 3rd attack target teams)

Run (3rd Attack)

Return the drive power before driving.
Starts every 10 seconds.

Post-Race Inspection

Vehicle inspections will be conducted in accordance with the vehicle regulations. (Only for eligible teams)
 

Award Ceremony

All vehicles will finish and after the inspection of the winning vehicles, the final results will be announced. There will be awards for the winning teams in each group and special awards will also be announced.
