In addition to the Circuit Hall, the 'Hospitality LOUNGE' (2nd floor of the Pit Building) within the Suzuka Circuit Racing Course area is also available as a venue.

* Reservations are accepted for groups of 30 or more.
* Alcohol and non-alcoholic beer will not be served to minors.
* Food and all-you-can-drink service are provided for up to 2 hours.
* Cancellation fees will apply if you reduce the number of guests or cancel due to your own circumstances.
* If you have any food allergies, please be sure to consult with us in advance.

If you cancel within 20 days before the reservation date, you will be charged according to the actual costs incurred.

For cancellations and reductions in the number of guests, a cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with our company’s policy.
