Information

In addition to the tour fee, a separate admission ticket or Park Passport is required to participate.
Same-day reservations are available until 12:00 (noon) on the day of your participation.

Notice

Young guests aged 15 or younger MUST BE accompanied by a supervising companion.
Please be at the VIP SUITE entrance at least 10 minutes before the tour starting time shown on your ticket.
Late arrivals will not be able to participate the tour. No refunds accepted.
Tickets will be validated by our staff members. Please do not validate your ticket yourself, as it may become invalid.
No toilet break during the tour. Please be sure to use toilets before arriving.
The tour involves walking for extended periods and includes climbing stairs.
Participants using wheelchairs should join the tour together with a caregiver.
The tour uses receivers and wired single-ear earphones (free of charge).
Please bring your own drinks and remember to stay hydrated.
For safety reasons during the tour, please be sure to follow the staff's instructions and Precautions. Also, please refrain from entering areas that are not guided.
Due to course conditions or safety management, photography may be prohibited in certain areas.
In case of inclement weather, lightning alerts, or other unavoidable circumstances, the content may be changed or canceled without notice.
This tour is conducted entirely in Japanese. Please note that interpretation services are not available.
