Usage Guide

No outside food or drinks allowed

Use of Sun Oil, Shampoo, and Body Soap
Shoes are allowed inside the poolside locker building.
Sunshade tents and other items outside of designated areas
No bringing of fire, dangerous goods, bottles, cans, snorkels, fins, or oars.
Swimming in diapers. However, swimming in water play diapers is possible.
Please note that we are not responsible for any loss, theft, etc. in the stroller parking area. Thank you for your understanding.

Precautions

Customers with tattoos, including stickers, are not allowed to enter or use the facilities. Thank you for your understanding.

Please set up tents, parasols, and shades in the free tent area.
If you use three-dimensional items such as tables, chairs, or coolers by the poolside, please set them up only during use.
Please note that if your setup interferes with other guests' use or for safety reasons during strong winds or emergencies, staff may ask you to remove it.
There is a break time every hour at the pool.
Please do not run around the poolside.
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the pool.
Swimming is only allowed in swimwear.
Also, you can swim while wearing a T-shirt, but please prepare a clean T-shirt as we manage the water quality. Please be aware that there is a possibility of discoloration due to chlorine.
At the poolside, you can use sandals, water shoes, etc. (items that are not used outdoors on a daily basis).
* The floor temperature at the poolside rises during the day. We recommend wearing footwear.
Pools are prohibited for diving.
Please refrain from entering if you are in a drunken state or feeling unwell.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
There may be a temporary suspension of swimming due to bad weather (thunderstorms).
If you engage in violent behavior or cause inconvenience to other customers, you will be asked to leave.
Cameras are allowed, but only for family and companions. If filming for a long time, we may ask you to stop.
※Please refrain from taking photos that may make other customers uncomfortable.
Wheelchairs can be used at the poolside if the tires are washed. However, they cannot be used inside the locker building. Please change clothes at the following location and method.
- Locker Building (Changing Room) Usage: Assistance from a caregiver or self-walking is required.
- Near the Adventure Baby area, use the multipurpose restroom: support from a caregiver or self-walking is necessary.
Please manage your footwear yourself. We are not responsible for any theft or loss.

Pool Admission Ticket/Entry

Where can I purchase advance pool tickets?

Advance pool tickets can be purchased via "Asoview! (e-ticket)" until 14:59 on the day of use.

* Sales will end once the number of tickets sold reaches the limit. * Advance ticket sales are not available through the online shop "Mobility Station."

Can I cancel if bad weather is expected after purchasing a WEB ticket?

WEB tickets purchased through "Asoview! (Electronic Ticket)" can be canceled by the deadlines below.
Pool tickets / Park passports with pool access: Until 14:59 on the day of use Paid rest space →: Until 23:59 on the day before use

* Cancellations and refunds cannot be made after the above deadlines. * Cancellations and refunds will only be accepted if the pool operation itself is canceled due to weather or other reasons.

Is an admission ticket required to enter the poolside even if you do not swim?

Even if you do not swim, you need to purchase a pool admission ticket to enter the pool area (WATER PARK AQUA ADVENTURE).

If you reserve only a rest space, can you enter the pool area?

The reservation fee for the rest space does not include pool admission. To enter the pool area, you need to purchase a separate pool admission ticket.

Is it possible to re-enter the pool area?

Re-entry is allowed only during the pool's operating hours on the same day. If you wish to re-enter, please be sure to inform the Pool Gate staff when leaving the pool area.

For those who are bringing small children

Is hot water available inside the pool area for preparing baby formula?: Hot water for preparing baby formula is available inside the pool area. It is provided at the dining facility "Batto's Hungry Kitchen" next to Adventure Mountain, so please ask the staff.
Can allergy-friendly meals be purchased inside the park?: Allergy-friendly meals are available at the park restaurant "Putti Town Kitchen."
Can I enter the pool while wearing a diaper?: Swimming while wearing regular disposable or cloth diapers is not allowed. When using the pool, please be sure to wear swim diapers designed for water play.
Are swim diapers sold within the pool area?: Swim diapers are sold at the "Adven Beach Side Shop" located within the pool area. If you forget to bring them, you can purchase them on-site.

How deep is the pool?

The depth of the pool varies depending on the type and area of the pool.

Can I enter the pool while wearing a T-shirt?

Swimming while wearing a T-shirt is allowed. Please wear a clean T-shirt when doing so. However, please note that the chlorine in the pool water may cause discoloration of the T-shirt. Thank you for your understanding.

Are there any items that cannot be brought into the pool area?

For safety reasons, the following items are not allowed to be brought into the pool area.
Glass products (excluding eyeglasses), tents with a width or depth of 2 meters or more, open flames, other hazardous materials, bottles, and cans

Are there any items that cannot be used while swimming in the pool?

For safety reasons, the following items cannot be used inside the pool.
Snorkels, fins, oars
For water quality management, please also refrain from using suntan oil, shampoo, and body soap.

Are there any size restrictions for inflatable rings?

There are no size restrictions for inflatable rings. However, even when using boat-type inflatable rings, paddles cannot be used for safety reasons.

Can I enter the pool while wearing water shoes?

Entering the pool while wearing water shoes is generally not allowed.
However, if necessary due to injury or other reasons, it is permitted to enter the pool wearing water shoes only on the injured foot.

* In such cases, please be sure to inform the staff before entering the water.

Free Tent Area

Where is the free tent area located?: The free tent areas are located in the following four spots within the pool area.
All of these are tent installation areas available for free use.
At the back of Adventure River, south side of the Adventure Drive boarding area, at the back of Forest BOX, and behind River BOX
Is it possible to set up tents outside the free tent area?: For safety reasons, tent setup is only allowed within the free tent area. Please understand that tents cannot be set up outside the free tent area.
Are there any size restrictions for tents?: There are size restrictions for tents. Please use tents that are within 2 meters in both length and width per tent.
Can I drive pegs or other fasteners into the ground in the free tent area?: The ground in the free tent area is concrete, so you cannot drive pegs or fasteners into it. Please take measures such as using your belongings as weights to prevent your tent from being blown away by the wind.
Are there any free rest areas available outside the free tent area?: Although limited in number, we offer some free rest areas with fixed parasols by the poolside. Please understand that availability may be restricted depending on crowd conditions.

Rental

What items are available for rent at the pool?: The following items are available for rent in the pool area.
All items can be used during pool operating hours.
Inflatable rings (600yen), bath towels (500yen), air pumps (free, not portable)
Where can I rent items?: Rental reception is located at the "Pool Information & Rental Desk" within the Adventure Mountain area. If you wish to rent items, please come directly to the reception.
Are swimsuits, goggles, or foot-in type float rings available for rent?: We do not rent swimsuits, goggles, or foot-in type float rings. However, these items can be purchased at the Adven Beach Side Shop in the Adventure Mountain area.
Is tent rental available?: Tent rentals are not available.
However, simple tents are sold at the Adven Beach Side Shop within the Adventure Mountain area.

Information

Can I use the park and attractions while wearing a swimsuit?: You can move from the pool area to the attraction area while wearing a swimsuit.
Attractions can be used while wearing a swimsuit, except for some attractions with specific conditions listed below.

<Attractions Requiring a T-Shirt or Similar Outerwear>
For safety and operational reasons, please wear a T-shirt or similar outerwear when using the following attractions.
Kids' Bike Training, Acro Bike, MOTO Fighter, Kart Attacker, GP Racers, Garden Maze「Potagenne」 (only when using the slider)
Can I bring a cooler box into the pool or park area?: Bringing a cooler box is allowed.
How far can I wear shoes or sandals inside?: You cannot wear sneakers or similar shoes inside the pool, on the poolside (including paid rest areas), or in the locker building.
Sandals can be worn at the poolside and in the paid rest areas.
How far can wheelchairs, strollers, and carry wagons be brought in?: Wheelchairs, strollers, and carry wagons can be brought up to your own resting space.
Pools cannot be brought into the poolside locker building.
Are there smoking areas within the pool area?: There are three designated smoking areas available. Please be sure to use only the designated smoking areas.
Are there spin dryers for swimsuits?: There are four spin dryers installed inside the locker building. They are available for free use by anyone.
Are there any valuables lockers (small lockers)?: There are no small lockers dedicated exclusively for valuables. However, regular lockers for luggage are available, so please use those.
What cashless payment methods are available in the pool area?: The following cashless payment methods can be used within the pool area.
