USAGE GUIDE

Bringing of fire or any other kind of dangerous items, bottles, cans, snorkels, fins, or oars.
Swimming in diapers. (However, swimming in swim-diapers is allowed.)
SUZUKA CIRCUIT is NOT responsible for any loss, theft, etc. in the stroller parking area. Thank you for your understanding.

Important Notice

Customers with tattoos, including stickers, are not allowed to enter or use the facilities. We appreciate your understanding.

ONLY in the designated Free Tent Areas may tents, parasols, and sunshades be set up.
Tables, chairs, coolers, and similar items should be set up only while in use.
Our staff may ask to remove these items if they interfere with other guests or pose a safety risk when strong winds or an emergency.
A break time is scheduled every hour.
NO running on the poolside.
NO food and drinks allowed in the pool areas.
Proper swimwear is required when entering the pools.
T-shirt may be worn in the pool, but they must be clean to help maintain water quality. Also, please note that T-shirts may become discoloured by chlorine.
Sandals, water shoes, and other clean footwear—not normally worn outdoors—may be worn on the poolside.
* Footwear is highly recommended as the poolside surface temperature can rise significantly during the day.
Diving is prohibited in all pools.
Please refrain from entering the pools if under the influence of alcohol or feeling unwell.
NO SMOKING except in designated smoking areas.
The pools may be temporarily closed due to weather conditions, including thunderstorms.
Guests who engage in violent behavior or cause inconvenience to others will be removed from the premises.
Cameras are allowed, but only for family and companions. Also, filming may be stopped if it continues for an extended time.
* Please refrain from photography or video recording that may make other guests uncomfortable.
Wheelchairs are not permitted inside the Poolside Lockers area. Guests using wheelchairs are requested to change at one of the following locations, using the methods described below.
- Changing rooms at the Poolside Lockers: Guests MUST be able to walk independently or be assisted by a caregiver.
- Multipurpose restroom near the Adventure Baby area: Guests MUST be able to walk independently or be assisted by a caregiver.
Please keep personal footwear in a safe place. SUZUKA CIRCUIT is NOT responsible for any loss, theft, etc.

Pool Admission Ticket & Entry

Where can I purchase advance water park tickets?

Advance tickets can be purchased online through "Asoview!" until 14:59 (2:59 pm, JST) on the day of use.

* Sales end once the number of tickets sold reaches the limit. * Advance ticket sales are not available at "Mobility Station."

Can I cancel my online ticket if inclement weather is forecast after purchase?

Online tickets purchased through "Asoview!" can be canceled by the deadlines below.
Water park tickets & Park passports with water park access: Until 14:59 (2:59 pm, JST) on the day of use. Paid rest space: Until 23:59 (11:59 pm, JST) on the day before use.

* Cancellations and refunds cannot be made after the above deadlines. * Cancellations and refunds after the deadlines will only be accepted if the water park operations are cancelled due to weather or other conditions.

Is a water park ticket required to enter the pool areas even without swimming?

A water park ticket is required for the admission to the AQUA ADVENTURE, even without swimming.

Can I enter the pool areas with only a rest area reservation?

The rest area reservations do not include water park admission. A separate water park ticket is required to enter the AQUA ADVENTURE.

Is re-entry to the pool areas allowed?

Re-entry is allowed during water park hours on the same day. Please inform our staff at the Pool Gate before leaving AQUA ADVENTURE.

For Guests with Small Children

Is hot water available in the pool areas for preparing baby formula?: Hot water for preparing baby formula is available at Batto’s Hungry Kitchen, located next to Adventure Mountain. Please ask our staff members for assistance.
Are allergy-friendly meals available in the park?: Allergy-friendly meals are available at Putti Town Kitchen, located near the Hotel Gate.
Can children enter the pools while wearing diapers?: Regular disposable or cloth diapers are not permitted in the pools. Young guests must wear swim diapers designed for use in the water.
Are swim diapers available for purchase in the pool areas?: Swim diapers are available for purchase at Adven Beach Side Shop in the pool area.

Can I enter the pools while wearing a T-shirt?

T-shirt may be worn in the pool, but they must be clean to help maintain water quality. Also, please note that T-shirts may become discoloured by chlorine. Thank you for your understanding.

Are there any items that cannot be brought into the pool area?

For safety reasons, the following items are not permitted in the pool area:
Glass products (excluding eyeglasses), tents with a width or depth of 2 meters or more, open flames, other hazardous materials, bottles, and cans.

Are there any items that cannot be used in the pools?

For safety reasons, the following items cannot be used in the pools.
Snorkels, fins, oars
Please also refrain from using suntan oil, shampoo, and body soap to help maintain water quality.

Are there any size restrictions for swim tubes?

There are no size restrictions for tubes. However, paddles may not be used with boat-shaped tubes for safety reasons.

Can I enter the pools while wearing water shoes?

Water shoes generally may not be worn in the pools.
However, if required because of an injury or other circumstances, a water shoe may be worn on the affected foot only.

Free Tent Areas

Where are the Free Tent Areas located?: There are four Free Tent Areas within the pool area:

Behind Adventure River, south of the Adventure Drive boarding area, behind Forest BOX, and behind River BOX. These
Can tents be set up outside the Free Tent Areas?: For safety reasons, tents may be set up only within the designated Free Tent Areas. Any tents are not permitted in any other areas.
Are there any size restrictions for tents?: Each tents must not exceed 2 meters in either length or width.
Can tent pegs or other fasteners be driven into the ground in the Free Tent Areas?: The Free Tent Areas have concrete surfaces, so tent pegs and other fasteners cannot be driven into the ground. Please secure tents with weights or other suitable items to prevent them from being blown away by strong winds.
Are any free rest areas available other than the Free Tent Areas?: A limited number of free rest areas with fixed parasols are available by the poolside. Availability may be limited depending on crowd levels.

Rental Goods

What items are available for rent at the water park?: The following items are available
for rent during water park hours:
Swim tube (600 yen), bath towel (500 yen), air pumps (free of charge, not portable—for use at the rental desk only)
Where can I rent the items?: Rental services are available at the Pool Information & Rental Desk near the Adventure Mountain.
Are swimsuits, goggles, or baby floats with leg holes available for rent?: Swimsuits, goggles, and baby floats with leg holes are NOT available for rent. However, they can be purchased at Adven Beach Side Shop near the Adventure Mountain.
Are tents available for rent?: Tent rentals are not available.
Tents are not available for rent. However, pop-up tents can be purchased at Adven Beach Side Shop near the Adventure Mountain.

Other Information

Can I use the theme park attractions while wearing a swimsuit?: Guests may freely move between the pool areas and the ride attractions while wearing swimsuits.
Most attractions may also be experienced in swimwear, except those subject to the clothing requirements below.

<Attractions Requiring a T-Shirt or Similar Outerwear>
For safety and operational reasons, please wear a T-shirt or similar outerwear when using the following attractions.
Kids' Bike Training, Acro Bike, MOTO Fighter, Kart Attacker, GP Racers, Garden Maze Potagenne (only when using the slider)
Can I bring a cooler into the water park or theme park?: Coolers may be brought into both water park and theme park.
Where may shoes and sandals be worn?: Sneakers and other outdoor footwear may not be worn in the pools or inside the Poolside Lockers area.
Where may wheelchairs, strollers, and wagons be brought?: Wheelchairs, strollers, and wagons may be brought to guests' rest areas but are not permitted inside the Poolside Lockers area.
Are there designated smoking areas within the water park?: There are three designated smoking areas. Smoking is permitted only in these areas.
Are swimsuit spin dryers available?: Four swimsuit spin dryers are available inside the Poolside Lockers area and may be used free of charge.
Are small lockers available for valuables?: There are no lockers specifically designated for valuables. Regular lockers are available for storing personal belongings.
Which cashless payments are accepted in the water park?: The following cashless payments can be used within the water park.
